Why Work With Me?

I don't just coach this transformation, I've lived it, led it, and built it.

20 years in police leadership - team leader at 22, senior manager at 30, Logistics Manager in Major Crime Investigation. I've led high-performing teams, navigated complex challenges, and achieved results under extreme pressure.

I competed internationally in strongwoman, raised my son as a single parent, and built a profitable business alongside my career.
